Your Guide: I was born and grew up in County Clare in Munster, where as a child my parents brought us to Burren Foothills to show us the secret places of the countryside, where the love for my land and its history were first sown. The mysterious old stone structures everywhere also fed my imagination. In my twenties I was drawn to Native American spiritual values so much that for many years I travelled by horse-drawn wagon through the hidden byways of Ireland and lived in a teepee.

I discovered many ancient remains of our neolithic ancestors, scattered all over the Irish countryside. Only now do I fully understand the archaelogical significance of these megalithic structures. But in spite of their scientific calibrations I have found that these Goddess Sites have retained their magical and mystical qualities and together with their rich mythological and ritual aspects they form the basis of my Celtic Wheel Tours and initiations into Druidic mysteries which now I would like to share with you...

Your Hostess: Born and raised in Franconia in Southern Germany. My mother and grandparents instilled a deeprooted love and admiration for Nature and all it’s wonders into me, and -goddess bless them!- always encouraged my neverending curiosity and thirst for knowledge. Franconia -like Ireland never conquered by the Romans- is steeped in Celtic inheritance. And when you look closely enough you can still find traces of even more ancient ancestors. I did. This quest should stimulate and inspire me increasingly, both complementing and succeeding the Indian mysteries and Native American inspirations I had been collecting along the

way. Here I found my very own direction among the crossing roads of the ancient Path. “Co-incidence” struck in the summer of 2003 to bring me to Ireland for the first time. Overwhelmingly so. Open-mouthed amazement, fascination, breathless exhiliration, a sense of homecoming, tears of joy - it was love at first sight. Unconditional surrender. I knew even then, that a yearning had been born which would never again quite leave me. The wonder - full island of bliss had her spell on me right from the beginning. I kept coming back, of course. Soon and often. Found it increasingly hard to leave, ‘til I simply could not bear it any more. So I stayed. Turned out to be the wisest decision I ever made :) I have been living here since the Equinox 2005, which I still find hard to comprehend sometimes ... I would love to share the many wonders and the warm hospitality of my lovely new home with you.

These verses are part of a poem, which came to me during my first visit to Ireland. The amazing experiences, the magical places, the stunning landscapes - they seemed to blend into poetry nearly by themselves, to tell the tale of this my true ’Magical Mystery Tour’
