The fabulousTable Mountain with the big impressive Cairn on it’s back can be seen from all the Counties of Connaught, as all Counties can be viewed from the top. A more than appropriate burial place for Connaughts famous Warrior Queen Medbh (Maeve), who is said to be standing upright in the Cairn atop, bravely facing her enemies even in death.

Der eindrucksvolle Tafelberg mit dem mächtigen Cairn auf dem Rücken ist von allen Grafschaften Connaughts aus sichtbar. Ebenso sind vom Gipfel aus alle Grafschaften zu sehen. Eine mehr als angemessene Begräbnisstaette für Connaughts berühmte KriegerKönigin Medbh (Maeve), von der es heisst, dass sie aufrecht im Cairn steht, um selbst im Tod ihren Feinden ehrenvoll zu begegnen.
